• Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
• Hella Boujiee is not responsible for packages marked as delivered or lost by the carrier.
• Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly for claims.
📬 INCORRECT ADDRESS
• Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
• We are not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address.
• If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you must pay a new shipping fee for reshipment.
💖 NO REFUNDS POLICY
Due to the nature of our products (digital, beauty, lifestyle, or personal use items), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances once an order is placed.
